ASHANTI COVERS WHITNEY HOUSTON

R&B starlet Ashanti returns to the music scene with "The Woman You Love" featuring Busta Rhymes, the lead single from her upcoming fifth studio album.
While definitely not the expected approach, which in this case is a smart move. Ultimately, the record's greatest success, aside from Busta's featured verse, is that it shows her versatility and does not arise as a typical Ashanti single/song.
Whether or not that will be enough to land Miss Douglas a spot on Billboard is yet to be seen, but after all, waiting for the results is a part of taking a gamble.
