Tom gets hit Again

It’s bad news for Tom Cruise. “Knight and Day” took in only $3.8 million last night at the box office. The $100 million film now stands to make around $20 million, if 20th Century Fox is lucky, for the five day opening run. What makes this worse than ever: Cruise’s last movie, the godawful “Valkyrie,” made $8.5 million on its opening day. Of course, it was Christmas, but still…”Valkyrie” didn’t even have Cameron Diaz in a bikini or fancy exotic locations. After the millions Fox has spent to promote this thing, especially overseas, “K&D” is a disappointment, certainly. But there were warning signs, as I said last week: no U.S. premiere, and then the 500 sneak previews on Saturday. Bad reviews didn’t help. “K&D” has registered only 52% on Rotten Tomatoes. Even those reviews counted as positive weren’t so good. They were stretching. And hyping “Jerry Maguire” in the TV ad quote has only made the studio seem more desperate.

Too Hot For Cold Bood

Twilight Saga: Eclipse lovers Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have been trying their hardest to avoid ever discussing their real-life love in interviews. So much so that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart refuse to answer questions about their personal life while on their Twilight Saga: Eclipse publicity tour, meaning most interviewers don't even risk going there. And while we're desperate for them to reveal some intimate details, we do have to remember that they are real people too, and deserve as much privacy as anyone else. But when the entire cast of Twilight - including hottie Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene and Peter Facinelli - appeared on US TV talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live for a live Q&A, it was kind of inevitable one of the audience would allude to it. Braving taking to the podium, a fan asked Kristen: "Do you prefer Rob with all the vampire make-up on, or do you prefer him normal? Which is sexier?!" The crowd immediately erupted into screams, leaving Kristen looking decidedly shifty while Rob stared at her. The 20-year-old then quickly thought of a reply, telling her: "[The make-up] gets all over me. "The make-up, be it white or brown, ends up all over my face." But the plucky Twi-hard wasn't happy with her answer (and neither would we be), so she asked again: "But which looks sexier?"Visibly squirming, K-Stew then looked to Rob to come to her rescue, who quipped: "I like seeing her with brown make-up all over her face!" She then joked: "Yeah, he really likes that." Host Jimmy Kimmel then stepped in and made a joke, before inviting another fan to the stage. Hilariously the next fan asked another personal question, but this time to Peter Facinelli. She asked the star: "Does Jenny [your wife] ever want you to bring your work home and role play as a vampire?" Lucky for her he was far more responsive than Kristen, answering: "No, but I do play doctor." Now that's a good answer.

What Beyonce wants, Beyonce gets!

In the new issue of Rolling Stone, the R&B diva's typically tight-lipped husband, Jay-Z, recalls when he brought home a black-and-white photograph of a pistol with a pair of women's legs emerging from the handle  and the Missus made him send it back! "It was more of a masculine style, I guess," the rapper, 40, admits. But like any good wife, Beyonce, 28, compromised with her hubby. She later had the artwork replaced with a similar piece, only this time with a perfume bottle instead of a gun. As expected, the rapper avoids discussing his marriage in detail -- though he does admit he is a fan of "Telephone," her music video with Lady Gaga -- and instead praises her musical prowess. "Sometimes on creative stuff, one of us will ask 'Do you think this is cool?' She's a magnificent A&R, if she ever decides to do that," Jay-Z says. "So I defer to her on those sort of questions. But overall, we pretty much like the same things." But with such busy schedules, when will the hip hop mogul and his wife of two years finally settle down and start a family? "Maybe in two or three years,"

Red heads do it beter

first of all, GET UR MIND OUT OF THE GUTTER.... and in Rihanna news, theres a red head in the room and damn! she looks good. also Rihanna has found love again with baseball star Matt Kemp after breaking things off with Chris Brown in 2009. "I have a boyfriend. I'm so happy. I feel really comfortable and it's so easy," she gushes in the new issue of Elle. "I have such a chaotic life, but at the end of the day, that is just my peace. It keeps me sane, really, talking to him and talking to my family."

Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart tied the knot

Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart tied the knot in Santa Fe, New Mexico on Tuesday, the actress' rep confirms that The ceremony took place at the Governor's mansion, where Governor Bill Richardson officiated, the rep added. (Harrison is currently filming the sci-fi western Cowboys and Aliens in the state.) Together ever since, the pair are now parents to Liam, the boy whom Flockhart adopted in January 2001. Nuptial rumors have been percolating since early last year, when it was reported that Ford proposed over Valentine's Day weekend. It's the first marriage for the Brothers and Sisters actress. Ford has been married twice before (to Mary Marquardt and screenwriter Melissa Mathison) and has four biological children, plus three grandchildren. This past January, Ford gushed to Parade maazine about the "joy" of his life with his fiancee and adopted son Liam, now 9. "On the weekends, I do whatever Calista and Liam want to do...We'll take a couple of hours on Sunday morning to go motorcycle riding or go for a hike. I just made a birdhouse with my son." Ford added: "I think Liam was about 6 or 8 months old when I met him and Calista. We have been together ever since."

Something about "SOMETHING ABOUT YOU"

OMG! this hit song by Dr. Sid, of the Mo' Hits crew, is totally one of the best 9ja songs iv heared period. its so interesting how Sid intelligently fuses intelect wiv razzness and seals it up in a poppy yet origanal 9ja sound. im so proud of this song bcause anyone around the world can identify wiv it. its a love song, its a club song, its a song with futuristic and nigerian elements that build into a refreshing whole peice. WOW, if only this song were to be prooted internationally, then we would be sure to get atleast a grammy or BET nod. if you havn't heared the song, download it now and taste the 9ja experience

Wha The Hell Is Wrong With Rihanna

O.k. i was honestly in support of her and the Dark Era but this is a little to far. wearing horns has no justified reason. my fears have now been fully realised as this is infact a show of pride in the dark arts. its quite unfortunate because i truely love this chick and had hopes of one day wifing her up (lol) but now i have concerns that need to be cleared. in the mean time i thought the video for te amo was infact boaring and tastefully dry. rhirhi, whats up, please get Jesus in ya life dear. tone it down notch

Sex & The City 2

OMG! i'm speechless on the experience of this movie. Think about the best movie you'v ever watched and the feelings you felt as a result of that experiene and multiply that by 3 and you'v got SATC2. the reviews for the movie were negative but i say F%$K them all together because the movie was all the fans wanted .... an alot more. earlier today when i watched the movie, theaudience i was among had high cheers for the masterpeice and who in their right minds wouldn't. the Abu-Dabi experience killed me, the upper east-side lifestyle overwhelmed me and the fashion......oh!!! the ashion was unbelivable, infact it was a dream and shokingly not overdone but just right. Samantha and the girls found out that free will can be restricted to certain parts of the world but grandure and luxury was a global statement. if you'v not seen it, stop denying your senses the opportunity to dream.
P.S. hope SATC3 happens because the dream must stay alive and im moving to NYC
