New Video: Tonto's "HI"

There are too many good thing elements here that are totally misused. The song itself has this dub-step, syth infuded techno sound (kinda like Calvin Harris or Skrillex) which i love cause nobody this side of the pond is being that innovative yet but what in Gods name is she singing about?!! The video is supposed to be about a young "female" newspaperboy (does this happen in Nigeria and if so do girls/women do it?) who sees a lovely crib and immediately in visions Poko palace or something? and there shes transformed and is the queen and jumps up nd down.  all while repeating "Hi". Even elements of the video strike me as the director having qualifications but the direction could use some work and the song strangles all artistry that tries to thrive here. Another failed attempt Poko queen (P.S. if LionsGate catches you people using their logo visuals, na una know oh)

the first thing that comes to mind is "IS THIS NECESSARY????!!!!" instead of focusing on good scripts and great acting, Nollywood is releasing this pointless scenes that just belittle us in a global sense  The concept alone screams backwardness and porn and obviously takes away from the mediocre film (i presume ... as i would not have the patience to watch 20 seconds of this crack-inspired flick). TRASH!!!

in case you didn't know, Poko queen, Tonto, is hard at work making her musical debut with earlier releases of a few "tracks" and now shes going one step further in making a video for one of her songs (fully sponsored might i add). I'm not hating on the chick but is it really worth the time of day? the chick cant sing to save her life and then the fake foneh antics and overbearing attitude does not make this chick about that life. As far as im concerned, stick to, and perfect your craft cause one thing i wont argue about is that Tonto is quite good at portraying characters although very much like a lot of Nigerian actors, shes type-cast and not really versatile but shell surely catch your eye. I actually want to see the video when it drops and trust and believe that i would be typing my 2 cents on the video.
