Pair Plotted To Kill Joss Stone, Court Hears

Prosecutors in Britain said Monday two men accused of plotting to rob and kill soul singer Joss Stone planned to decapitate her, then dump her body in a river. The suspects, Junior Bradshaw and Kevin Liverpool, were arrested in June 2011, close to the singer's U.K. house after suspicious neighbors reported them to police. They never reached her house.

Etta James Dead At 73

In mid-December Etta James' live-in doctor Dr. Elaine James confirmed that the "At Last" singer was terminally ill after a long battle with leukemia and, sadly, the legendary blues songstress died on Friday (January 20) at the age of 73.
