Even if i was on a bit of a hiatus, i can not miss the opportunity to update you on the Oscars of Fashion and with Beyonce as an honorary chair of the event, the 2013 Met Gala might just be the swankiest one yet. The annuel fête, which formally kicked off the Metropolitan Museum of Art's yearly Costume Institute exhibit, brought in a bevy of style stars, from models to designers to Hollywood's A-list.
Last year, celebs shined in metallic ensembles, each giving a unique nod to Elsa Schiaparelli and Miuccia Prada. This year, things were totally different -- with a theme like "Punk: Chaos to Couture," it was bound to to be a bevy of studding, black leather and a few mohawks.
