DJ Clue Arrest: DJ Clue Denies Charges

The Power 105.1 host and Desert Storm denizen sent a statement to XXL Magazine through his lawyer, disputing the media reports that claim he had drugs on her person. The statement reads:
“On April 3, 2013, in downtown New York City, Ernesto Shaw, a/k/a DJ Clue, was arrested and officially charged with ...
operating a motor vehicle with a suspended drivers license,” the statement reads. “Pursuant to this arrest, Mr. Shaw was not charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and did not unlawfully possess any controlled substances. Of course Mr. Shaw maintains his innocence to the charges, unequivocally denies knowingly operating a vehicle with a suspended license and wishes to thank all his fans for their continued support.” DJ Clue's court date is set for June 20.
