... so iv been hearing this "My Oga at the Top" on twitter for a bit and i didn't care to know what it meant till i stumbled on this video. LMAO!!!! the dude doesn't even know how to speak proper English and y'all be expecting him to know the website please aint nobody got time for that! plus you cant blame Channels (Ruggedman and co.) it must have been airing live but gosh!!! this shows why we the government has to train everybody in the service and not just put semi-illiterates in various positions.
