VH1's Behind the Music show last year and defaming her for claiming she had given birth to his baby. Ne-Yo was not the father of Jessica White's baby - but his ex is now suing him for defamation of character. Jessica White, who named Ne-Yo as the father of her child on the birth certificate before a later paternity test proved this was not the case, is suing her ex for unspecified damages and for breaking the confidentiality clause they had both signed about the paternity incident.
Apparently her career as a photographer and a graphic designer has been damaged by the interview and, as a result of the show, Miss White has apparently been called names such as "c**t" and "gold-digging b***h." It is, at the moment, uncertain as to whether Ne-Yo and Jessica White will reach a settlement over this defamation case, or whether they'll battle it out in court.
