Justin Timberlake to Release 20/20 Experience Dccumentry

With Justin Timberlake's "The 20/20 Experience" due Mar. 19,  fans can now expect a documentary chronicling the making of the highly anticipated new album.
While chatting on "On Air with Ryan Seacrest," host Ryan Seacrest inquired about the behind-the-scenes video Timberlake posted online last month, declaring he's ready to return to music.
"[I'm trying] not to give too much away. You know I like surprising the fans. That little piece of footage is from a documentary that we sort of started working on throughout the making of the album, which started last June."
No further details were given on the doc, though Timberlake dropped news on several other fronts. As for his Feb. 10 Grammys performance, he says, "All over the world with the performances I'm going to do. I think you'll hear some stuff that you haven't heard."

As for the making of the album, Timberlake admitted that, along with producer Timbaland, he often created more than a song per day and that the record was nearly completed by the time he took time off in October for his marriage to actress Jessica Biel. Fans can expect a record that flows in much the same way as 2006's "FutureSex/LoveSounds."
"Some of what we touched on on the last album with the interludes and pieces that would connect one song to another song, we've really gone deep on that part of the process. A lot of the songs are really two-in-one."
He also revealed how he arrived at the new album's title.
"I was playing some of the stuff for my friends and they would come in and out of the studio and I’d say, ‘What do you think of this?’ And my best friend said, ‘This is music that you can see,’ and for some reason that stuck with me.”
Last Saturday, Timberlake played his first headlining gig since 2007, a charity show in New Orleans. He's set to play another show after his Grammys performance Feb. 10 at Los Angeles' Hollywood Palladium.
