shoving her from a moving vehicle in an Atlanta suburb, the Associated Press reports. In the police report, Diana Graham, 36, alleges that on the morning of Jan. 28, Davis initiated a conversation with her at the South DeKalb Mall and asked if she was interested in getting breakfast. Once she entered his car, he offered her $150 to go to a hotel instead. When she refused, he shoved her out of the Hummer. Graham was treated for soreness and pain at Atlanta Medical Center, while a warrant was issued for Davis’ arrest. Davis, who has had numerous legal issues, served six months in jail for a 2009 probation violation for a 2005 assault.
