What does a millionaire rapper do when hip-hop is not enough? He enrolls in fashion school, of course.
According to Fashionista.com (via the Sun), Kanye West has expressed interest in enrolling in prestigious London based fashion school, Central Saint Martins, whose illustrious alumni include Alexander McQueen, John Galliano, Hussein Chalayan, Zac Posen, Gareth Pugh, and more.
Apparently he visited the school while in Europe, and spoke to head master Louise Wilson. Perhaps he’s looking to complete his studies after dropping out of Art Institute of Chicago’s fashion design program to pursue rapping? Whatever his motivations, best of luck to him! And if you guys want to go to Central Saint Martins, they have a fantastic undergraduate and masters program for fashion design (obviously), and a newly inaugurated fashion journalism program. Living the dream must be fun!
