From what i hear, its her fifth. i personally dont have anything against tattoo's (seeing that i have one) but my disgust is in having too many. Miley baby get a grip! ur not the only one who's 18 and i get what you'r going tru but remember, the world loves a good comebck so wer all rooting for you (p.s olease come back tamed)
