Leave it to Kate Middleton to make her accessories as talked about as she is. The hat-loving future princess wore another distinctive topper to her Anglesey appearance on Thursday, and this one was made especially for her. The velvet and feather beret was designed by Vivien Sheriff Millinery, a small company based in rural Wiltshire which makes all of their hats by hand. And the design team was just as delighted to see the piece atop Kate's head as anyone.
